Ben arrived promptly and was quick to set about with the testing, explaining everything as he went along so that I could understand what he was doing and why. He was very thorough in his work and did not mind at all that I was talking to him throughout.

Ben was amazing, rang on Tuesday went to answer phone as he was on a job but got back to me within 1hour, then came round the same day to assess the problem and had it fixed the following day. He explained everything that needed doing and was happy to explain as he was doing it.
